Platform Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a highly analytical Platform Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to build, automate and operate the infrastructure powering Secrato.

This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems through automation rather than repetitive manual administration. You will work closely with software engineers, actively participate in Agile ceremonies, and continuously improve the reliability, scalability and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy and maintain Proxmox virtualization clusters.
• Build, operate and optimize Kubernetes environments.
• Develop infrastructure automation using Python.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Configure and maintain Traefik as the Kubernetes ingress controller and reverse proxy.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage Linux servers, networking and security.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Design backup, disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues using a structured analytical approach.
• Create internal automation tools to reduce manual operational effort.
• Produce and maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, collaborating closely with the engineering team.
• Ability to merge and review PR codes from the team
